ModelCo is a Cult Beauty Brand creating premium beauty products that are quick-fix and dual purpose for high demand consumers. ModelCo is loved by makeup artists, stylists and celebrities the world over.
We are looking for unique, enthusiastic individuals with a flair for fashion and a passion for beauty products to work in David Jones, Australia's high end department store with the Queensland region.
You are self-motivated and extremely confident with the ability to drive sales and educate customers on the ModelCo brand and the innovative nature of our high end product range. You will have experience in a target driven retail environment, possess good communication and selling skills and have a strong sense of business initiative.
You are responsible for achieving your counter's budgeted retail sales and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and in-depth product knowledge in addition to your impeccable grooming. You will possess genuine customer service experience with exceptional management skills to drive your team to success. You will also display solid interpersonal & communication skills with a track record and flair for selling and merchandising capabilities. A minimum 2 years of retail store experience and exceptional people management, customer service & communication skills is a must along with the following:
Makeup qualification/experience.
High-level organisation & visual merchandising ability
Solid business acumen & proven sales success
Reporting & analytical skills
Self-motivation & the drive to succeed
Passion & ‘fit' for the ModelCo brand Exposure to the beauty/luxury goods industry will be highly regarded
